Knowledge - You can never have enough knowledge. It gives you the power to make informed decisions’ and move forward. It means that cycles can be broken and You have control. So many people have little or no knowledge on how your body works and how all the functions affect each other. This is often what is holding back an individual. It is my goal to arm every client with the power to control their own bodies.
Intensity - It is easy to see why many gym users hardly ever see an improvement or seem to hit a wall with their training. This is largely down to intensity of workouts. It is not always the easiest task to gauge how hard to push yourself and what your capabilities are? Bodies are the laziest! If they can get away with making something easy then that’s exactly what they will do! Its my job to push previous boundaries and show you that limitation knows no boundaries!
Diet - Modern awareness into foods and there function in a healthy diet has improved in recent years but by breaking down your own diet with the use of a food diary I am able to give you specific insight in to your eating habits.
Motivation - How many of us have embarked on a healthy eating/exercise plan and failed within a few weeks? Encouragement and inspiration is key. The most important thing to me about my job is to give each and every client the drive and passion to maintain the good work achieved while under my instruction. That is my definition of job satisfaction
I have worked within the fitness industry for over 7 years and have been a trainer for the last 4. I have seen many different people from across London and I believe my diversity and personality alongside my qualifications make training with me something to look forward to. My belief that exercise should be fun plays a big part in every session I deliver but always with the main goal in sight

If you would rather not train in a studio - I can come to you. Better still, outside can be so much fun and hard work. If this is your prefered option I will introduce you to Adizone, by Adidas. These are outdoor specific training areas with basic equipment found all over London.

I have a strong belief that exercise and wellbeing is one of the most important changes a person can make to their life, that undoubtedly will have the most profound effect on all aspects of a person’s life. It is although the one thing that we often neglect! I hear many reasons as to why it’s the last priority and the most common reason I hear is time management. Many other aspects of the modern world have precidents, money and work being the other popular barriers. These things are important too but surely the fitter we are the more we can get out of life. And we all know these days that a balanced exercise routine can ease aches, manage weight and make daily tasks easy. That’s where I come into play!
